That the agenda circulated by Legislative Services be approved.

1. That the Appellant complete a behavioral assessment conducted by a veterinarian or professional trainer agreed upon by the Town; and 2. That the behavioral assessment be completed within three months of the Hearing date to determine a suitable training program, if required; and 3. That any recommended training program be conducted within six months following the assessment; and 3 4. That should the document veterinarian or professional trainer determine that no behavioral training is required, the training order be rescinded at that time.

That the hearing be adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
