That the applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By- law Amendment regarding 65 St. John’s Sideroad East be denied as the proposed development does not conform to the Town’s Official Plan for reasons including, but not limited to, the following: Council Public Planning Meeting Minutes Tuesday, January 23, 2024 5 a. the proposal does not align with the principles of good planning that are essential for the sustained growth and well-being of our community; and b. identified environmental concerns, specifically related to the McKenzie Marsh.
